What is Sunday Strength Club?
Sunday Strength Club is coached strength training designed for two people at a time - you and a friend, partner, or someone you bring along.
It’s for people who want to feel stronger, move better, and train with purpose, without the chaos of big gym classes or being lost in a crowded room.
Every session is fully coached, scaled to the people training on the day, and delivered in a calm, private studio environment. You’ll train together, get personal guidance throughout, and focus on strength that actually carries over into everyday life.
No ego. No pressure - just sensible, supportive strength training that fits real people.
Each Sunday session is a 60-minute coached workout for a maximum of two people.
Prefer One-to-One Coaching?
If you’d rather train one-to-one with a fully personalised approach, Personal Training is also available around my work schedule.
Ideal if you want individual focus, specific goal support, or a more tailored training plan.

With a unique blend of empathy and expertise, I'm here to support you in achieving and surpassing your fitness goals.

How People Train With Me
Most people don't train in just one way - and that's absolutely fine.
Here's how clients use PB Personal Training:
Sunday Strength Club
this is where people start. They train once a week with a friend in a coached, two-person session that keeps training consistent, social, and structured.
As part of each session, clients are also given a simple take-home workout based on what they’ve done in the studio. This gives them a second training day during the week, without pressure or complicated plans.
Personal Training (Optional Add-On)
Some clients add in occasional one-to-one personal training sessions for extra support, technique work, or specific goals. These sessions offer full individual focus and can sit alongside Sunday training when needed.
There’s no expectation to do everything.
You choose what fits your life, your schedule, and how you like to train.
