Sunday Strength Sessions

Sunday Strength Sessions are coached training sessions designed for two people at a time - you and a friend, partner, or someone you bring along.

They’re not big group classes and not one-to-one personal training.
They sit perfectly in the middle: focused, friendly, and coached throughout in a private studio environment.

Sessions run every Sunday, with multiple time slots available.

How It Works

Each session is a 60-minute coached workout for a maximum of two people.

You book the session, bring a friend or partner, and train together in a calm, private setting with full coaching and guidance throughout.

There's no pressure, no big crowds, and no feeling lost in a room of people.

  • Maximum 2 people per session

  • Fully coached throughout

  • Private studio in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

  • Sundays only.

  • Suitable for beginners and over-40s

🔔  Saved by the Bell

Saved by the Bell is a kettlebell-based strength session focused on building full-body strength, control, and confidence with lifting.

Training centres around simple, effective kettlebell movements that improve posture, coordination, and everyday strength. Sessions are fully coached and adapted to suit the people training on the day, making them challenging without being overwhelming.

This class is ideal if you want to feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence using weights in a calm, supportive environment.

🎸  Viva La Resistance

Viva La Resistance uses resistance bands to deliver joint-friendly strength training that prioritises control, stability, and movement quality.

Bands provide constant tension and allow smooth, controlled movement, making this session especially suitable for building strength without heavy impact. Exercises are scaled to individual ability and coached throughout, helping you train safely and consistently.

This session is ideal if you're returning to training, managing aches or niggles, or simply prefer a lower-impact approach to building strength.

⚡  Bodyweight Blitz

Bodyweight Blitz focuses on building strength, coordination, and overall fitness using your own bodyweight.

Sessions use simple, well-coached movements rather than complicated routines or unnecessary intensity. Everything is adapted to ability, allowing you to build confidence, improve movement, and develop fitness at a sensible pace.

This class is ideal if you want effective training without equipment overload, and prefer a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to getting fitter and moving better.

Session Price

Sunday Strength Session (2 people)

£35 per session  (total for two people)

What's included:

  • 60-minute fully coached session

  • Training for you + one other person

  • Structured strength-focused session 

  • Private studio environment

  • Coaching, corrections, and guidance

 

Availability is limited and sessions are booked around existing commitments.
