"Hi, I'm Paul Bevan, your dedicated coach at Personal Best. With a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Kettlebell Instructor. My journey is unique - I balance my time between working in a physically demanding role delivering furniture and heavy goods, and empowering individuals over 40 through personal training on my days off.

In my daily work delivering white goods, mattresses, and furniture, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the importance of physical resilience.
