HYBRID TRAINING
The Hybrid Training plan is perfect for those who prefer a blend of guidance and independence. It includes two personalised training sessions per month at our studio, coupled with a custom plan you can follow at your own gym.
This option allows you to maintain your fitness routine with professional oversight while enjoying the flexibility to train on your own schedule.
Ideal for maintaining motivation and progress with less frequent check-ins, the Hybrid plan offers a cost-effective way to stay on track without a daily commitment.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you are new to our membership, we advise booking a Free Consultation before embarking on any of our monthly payment plans. This will give us a base to fully understand your fitness goals, strengths and weaknesses. After your initial consultation you'll be ready to book at your convenience future sessions at our private studio.

Whether you opt for 8 monthly sessions, or simply want to 'Pay As You Go' we'll put together a tailored exercise programme that will work for you within our Private 1-to-1 Studio in Eastleigh.

Straight forward nutrition strategies with no fads or crash diets - leaving us to focus on advanced exercise programmes uniquely crafted for your fitness goals. Our comprehensive printed booklet guides you through your journey with us with helpful calorie calculators, progress trackers and more.

As a member, you'll be granted access to our App including pages of video exercise demonstrations to help on your journey, simplified session booking and Personal Best weekly blog pages - covering everything from fitness tips, nutrition, reviews and much more.

Our 'Hybrid' model has been created for those that may already have public gym membership but would simply like workout programmes created in a downloadable format. This option is inclusive of 'one' 1-to-1 session per month with our coach to give guidance on your individual plan, goals and form checks.

As an experienced and dedicated personal trainer, Paul will be your mentor, your motivator, and your partner in progress. With a holistic approach to wellness, we focus not only on physical strength but also on mental resilience and overall well-being.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Two In-Person Training Sessions per Week
Train with me twice a week (8 sessions/month) in a private studio. Each program is tailored to your goals and schedule - whether that means full-body workouts, upper/lower splits, or a mix based on your availability.
One At-Home Session per Week
You’ll complete a third session each week independently, with a workout I provide.
These home sessions use bodyweight, dumbbells, or kettlebells - no fancy equipment required - and change every two weeks.
Adaptive Programming (Updated Fortnightly)
Your plan evolves every two weeks to keep you progressing.
Example:

If your sessions are close together (e.g. Monday + Tuesday), you may follow an upper/lower split

If spaced out (e.g. Monday + Thursday), you’ll likely do two full-body sessions
Each client is programmed based on what works best for your body and recovery.
Circuit Training for Home Use
You'll also receive two staple conditioning circuits to keep things varied at home:

I’ll provide realistic, ongoing guidance to help you move toward a healthy BMI, with advice on protein, carbs, and macros. No restrictive plans - just habits that fit your lifestyle.
