CANCELLATION POLICY
PB Personal Training / Personal Best

The PB Training Hub is offered as a £14.99 monthly recurring subscription.
Monthly subscription
Your membership renews automatically each month using the payment method provided when you subscribe, unless you cancel your subscription.
Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your PB Training Hub membership at any time.
To cancel:
Log in to pbpersonaltraining.co.uk → select your profile icon → My Subscriptions → PB Training Hub → Cancel Subscription.
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for another billing period.
Access after cancellation
Cancelling your recurring subscription does not immediately remove access to the PB Training Hub.
You will continue to have access to the Hub until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your membership will then end and you will no longer be charged.
For example, if you pay for a month's membership and cancel part-way through that month, you can continue using the PB Training Hub until the end of your current paid billing period.
This matches how Wix Pricing Plans currently handles customer cancellations: recurring subscriptions enter Pending Cancellation, remain usable until the paid billing period ends, and then become cancelled.
Refunds
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments that have already been made. Wix likewise states that cancelling a Pricing Plan does not itself issue a refund.
Where you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly or there are exceptional circumstances, please contact PB Personal Training so the matter can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails — for example because a card has expired, been cancelled or has insufficient funds — your subscription may be cancelled or access may be affected in accordance with the payment and membership system.
Wix currently states that failed recurring payments can result in the customer's Pricing Plan being cancelled, subject to any grace-period settings you enable.
Rejoining
If your membership has ended and you would like to return, you can purchase a new PB Training Hub subscription through pbpersonaltraining.co.uk.
