Service Description
Sunday Strength Sessions are coached strength training sessions for two people at a time - you train with a friend, partner, or someone you bring along. These are not big group classes and not one-to-one personal training. They sit in the middle: focused, friendly, and coached throughout in a private studio environment. Each session is 60 minutes, fully coached, and adapted to the people training on the day. Sessions focus on sensible strength training using kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight. As part of your session, you’ll also be given a simple take-home workout to repeat once during the week, so you’re training more than once without it becoming overwhelming. What’s included: • 60-minute coached session. • Training for two people only. • Private studio in Eastleigh. • Strength-focused, scalable training. • Simple at-home workout for midweek. Price: £35 per session (total for two people) • That’s £17.50 each. Booking notes: • One booking covers both people. • Bring a friend, partner, or someone you know. • Suitable for beginners and over-40s. • Sundays only. • Limited slots available. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your class, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. (Paid Online Bookings) - If you cancel your booking more than 7 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by credit to the method used to make this booking. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Personal Best Training.
