One-to-one personal training at Personal Best is a focused, fully coached session for those who want individual support alongside, or instead of, Sunday Strength Sessions. Sessions take place in a private studio environment and are tailored to your goals, experience, and how your body moves. Training is calm, structured, and focused on building strength and confidence over time — without pressure or gimmicks. This option is often used as a premium add-on for clients who want extra support, technique work, or help with specific goals. Details: • 60-minute 1-to-1 coached session. • Strength and movement focused. • Private studio setting. • Suitable for beginners and over-40s. Price: £35 per session Availability is limited and sessions are booked around existing commitments.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your class, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. (Paid Online Bookings) - If you cancel your booking more than 7 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by credit to the method used to make this booking. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Personal Best Training.
